FONCTION PRINCIPALE DU POSTE :
Assembler les noyaux et bobines en enroulant manuellement les feuilles d'acier des noyaux autour des bobines; installer le bâti (frame).
RESPONSABILITÉS SÉPCIFIQUES DU POSTE :
- Prendre connaissance des instructions d'assemblage afin de recueilir les renseignements nécessaires;
- S'assurer que le matériel d'isolation est disponible et confirme;
- Manipuler les bobines à l'aide d'un palan et les déposer sur la table de travail, en vérifier les dimensions et s'assurer de leur conformité aux instructions de fabrication (core diagram);
- Installer le matériel d'isolation;
- Enrouler manuellement les feuilles d'acier aux bobines en respectant les espacements (gaps);
- Fabriquer et installer la mise à la terre des noyaux, placer le matériel d'isolation dans le bâti (frame), fixer le bâti à l'assemblage noyaux-bobines et vérifier l'efficacité de l'isolation entre l'acier et le bâti à l'aide d'un appareil de mesure de résistance d'isolation (Megger);
- Compléter la carte de contrôle progressif et transférer l'assemblage noyaux-bobines à l'endroit désigné;
- Autres tâches, tel que requis.
