Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator at ERMCO, you’ll:

  • Operate and monitor machinery to support daily production goals

  • Set up machines with correct specs and materials based on work orders

  • Inspect materials and parts to ensure they meet our quality standards

  • Perform basic maintenance tasks and report mechanical issues

  • Accurately package finished products for the next stage of production

  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace

  • Move and handle materials safely throughout the production floor

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Team

  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is helpful, but not required — we’ll train the right person

  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing quality work

  • Basic math and reading comprehension

  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally and be active throughout the shift

  • Forklift certification is a plus (training provided for qualified candidates)
