The Sr Compensation Analyst is an integral part of the Total Rewards team, responsible for the development, implementation, management, and continuous improvement of compensation programs and policies at ERMCO. This role collaborates with the Sr Manager, Total Rewards, and cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to establish a robust compensation framework that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent while ensuring internal equity and fairness.
The Supply Chain Analyst will support the design and implementation of a centralized Sales and Operations Planning process, including analytics and reporting on supply chain activities like Demand and Supply planning. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders across different sites to consolidate and analyze data, establish common goals, and ensure ERMCO Enterprise performance. Responsibilities include working closely with stakeholders to determine requirements, lead S&OP content development, research industry trends, perform market analysis, and present strategic recommendations.
