Capex / Opex, MRO, Raw Material Receiver Role

The above job is now open.  Job assignment will be based on Qualifications and Seniority.  The applicant will be given up to one month to show adequate progress, in the opinion of management.  If the chosen applicant's work is not satisfactory, he/she will be returned to his/her previous classification, if an opening exists.

Should the successful bidder not be able to perform the new assignment after a trial period of up to thirty (30) days or they disqualify themselves for any reason after ACCEPTING the bid, he/she shall be given the opportunity to return to his/her old classification, if available, or an equivalent job, if such job exists.  If no such openings exist, the employee shall be placed on layoff. 

Any employee with twenty-four months or more employment and has not been awarded a bid within the last twenty-four months is eligible to bid on this job.
