Position Summary:

The Production Support Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across production and administrative functions. This position is responsible for managing production orders, supporting scheduling activities, maintaining inventory of supplies, and assisting employees with various operational needs.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

 

Production & Scheduling Support:

  • Receive and process production orders.
  • Enter Sales Orders for all Purchase Orders (POs) into AS/400 system.
  • Assist production leads with printing necessary forms.
  • Print and prepare Production Orders, including creating tags, organizing folders, and delivering them to the production floor.
  • Generate and distribute schedules for Amorphous and DG Silicon production lines.
  • Print furnace schedules and assist in scheduling orders.

Inventory & Supplies Management:

  • Conduct inventory checks and maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies.
  • Monitor and manage office supply inventory.
  • Ensure all office supplies are adequately stocked and replenished as needed.

Administrative & Employee Support:

  • Receive and distribute mail and Amazon deliveries.
  • Print and laminate documents as required.
  • Prepare and ship packages via UPS.

Reporting & Documentation:

 

  • Generate daily production and Finished Goods reports.
  • Enter production data into Friedman system.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Experience with AS/400 and Friedman systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus (especially English/Spanish).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
