Job Summary

The Learning and Development Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the learning management system across the ERMCO Enterprise. This remote role focuses on enhancing the technical and operational functions of the LMS system. A strong emphasis on data collection and measurement of training impact. This position is remote in the following states: FL, GA, IL, KS, NC, NE, SD, TN, TX, WI, WY 

Responsibilities

System Administration

  • Configure and maintain the LMS system to meet organizational needs.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for user management, permissions, and learning cohorts.
  • Monitor system usage and generate accurate reports for stakeholders.
  • Provide first-line technical support and user education.

Learning Management

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage and update online learning content.
  • Ensure accessibility of asynchronous and live learning events.
  • Track enrollments, completions, and support facilitators.
  • Implement certifications, learning paths, and engagement programs.
  • Integrate third-party training content and generate custom analytics reports.
  • Maintain organized documentation and ensure seamless system operations.

Performance Management

  • Design and implement performance workflows in the LMS.
  • Support HR in goal setting, performance assessments, and talent reviews.
  • Securely store and manage HR metrics.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of an Associate’s degree required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with HRIS and Learning Management Systems.
  • Proficient in system configurations, workflows, and data migration.
  • Strong understanding of data management.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and report preparation.
  • Effective problem solver and independent contributor.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience in project management and implementation of business requirements.
