We have an opening for a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition. This position will recruit for professional level positions for ERMCO and subsidiaries throughout the United States. 

This position is remote in the following states: FL, GA, IL, KS, NC, NE, SC, SD, TN, TX, WI, WY

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Facilitate and implement all phases of the recruitment process: 
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify and develop detailed job descriptions that outline the duties, responsibilities, and qualifications for each position. 
  • Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Train users of the Applicant Tracking Systems as needed. 
  • Assist with job posting and advertisement processes.
  • Utilize various online channels to source for candidates. 
  • Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders as well as educate managers on behavioral interview techniques. 
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies as it relates to recruitment/offers to candidates.
  • Attend and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
  • Identify future hiring needs by the business and create pipelines of sourced candidates through various sources.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience as a strategic talent acquisition business partner/and or HR capacity that involved direct recruiting.  
  • Extensive background in engineering and/or technical recruiting.
  • Experience with the electric manufacturing industry, and a fast-paced and high growth work environment preferred.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Ability to work with multi-location locations 
  • Travel up to 20% for site visits and recruitment events or as needed.
