Job Summary

ERMCO is seeking a bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our talent acquisition efforts focusing on hourly and production recruitment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting recruiting activities, and partnering with candidates, hiring managers and recruiting teams during the application and interview process. Candidates will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-quality candidates for hourly and production roles, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. The role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong talent pipelines that support our company's operational needs.  Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) experience is required and experience with iCIMS is preferred. Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is required for this position. 

This position is ON-SITE at our facility in Bristol, WI.

Responsibilities

 

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for hourly and production positions, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Screening & Interviews: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Experience: Work with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a seamless interview process.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and technical support on ATS functionalities to recruiters and hiring managers to ensure optimal usage.
  • Compliance & Audits: Ensure recruitment processes comply with legal and organizational standards, including conducting regular audits for data accuracy and compliance.
  • Onboarding & Orientation: Collaborate with HR and department leaders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including pre-employment screenings and compliance documentation.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with production leaders and department managers to understand their workforce needs and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.
  • Maintain a Talent Pipeline: Build and nurture a pool of qualified candidates to meet ongoing and future hiring demands, ensuring quick response times for staffing needs.
  • Employer Branding: Act as an ambassador for the company, promoting our culture, values, and work environment to prospective candidates.

Qualifications

 

  • Hands-on experience and daily usage of Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Experience using iCIMS is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for process improvements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive team player who can work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments, such as manufacturing, logistics, or similar industries.
  • Strong understanding of hourly and production workforce needs and challenges.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Preferred:

  • Associate's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment operations or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
