Who You Are
ERMCO-ECI is seeking an Enterprise ERP Manager with strong ERP experience (Infor LN preferred) to lead the strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization of enterprise ERP systems across the organization. This role is responsible for managing a team of ERP professionals, aligning system capabilities with business requirements, and driving continuous improvement across sales, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate combines proven leadership skills with ERP expertise and thrives at the intersection of technology, process, and people. This position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide operations, optimize critical business systems, and collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business functions.

 

This position can be hybrid in Dyersburg, TN or Athens, GA or remote in the following states: FL, GA, IL, KS, NC, NE, SD, TN, TX, WI, WY

Responsibilities

 

What Will You Do

 

Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ERP analysts, developers, and support specialists.
  • Define ERP strategy and roadmap to align with organizational objectives and business growth.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between IT, business leaders, and functional teams to ensure ERP initiatives meet business needs.
  • Establish governance, best practices, and standards for ERP system use and development.

 

ERP System Management

  • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ERP systems (Infor LN preferred).
  • Ensure ERP systems effectively support manufacturing, engineering, sales, finance, and supply chain processes.
  • Evaluate new modules, upgrades, and enhancements to drive business value and improve efficiency.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with Infor and other technology partners for system support and optimization.

 

Process Improvement & Business Integration

  • Partner with functional leaders to understand workflows and translate them into ERP-enabled solutions.
  • Drive process improvement by leveraging ERP capabilities to reduce complexity and improve data accuracy.
  • Monitor and evaluate ERP system performance, ensuring scalability and reliability for enterprise needs.
  • Oversee reporting and analytics capabilities, ensuring accurate and timely insights for business decision-making.

 

Collaboration & Support

  • Foster strong partnerships across departments including sales, engineering, manufacturing, finance, and operations.
  • Oversee change management, training, and communication to ensure successful adoption of ERP enhancements.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on ERP initiatives, performance, and impact to business operations.

Qualifications

 

What Will You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5-10 years of ERP experience, with Infor LN strongly preferred (other ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics considered).
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience, managing IT or ERP-focused teams.
  • Strong understanding of ERP-enabled business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and sales.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive organizational change.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Experience managing vendors, system upgrades, and enterprise-scale ERP implementations preferred.
