Job Summary:

 

The Enterprise ERP Admin/Analyst Lead is responsible for operating and maintaining the Enterprise ERP system that supports product engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply chain teams across all manufacturing sites. As the ERP Leader with a technical background, this role is adept at Team leadership, ERP system query & analysis work, problem solving and having advanced system automation/scripting skills that enables product documentation structure testing and validation. This role involves frequent collaboration with site ERP Admin/Analysts and cross-functional teams, specifically Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality & Manufacturing in supporting proper product documentation, manufacturing procedures, part number assignment & engineering change control as their primary focus.

Responsibilities

• As the Enterprise Document Control Lead using the ERMCO ERP system, you will support engineering, manufacturing, quality & supply chain requests across all manufacturing sites in a coherent and consistent way to enable our Transformer and Component business.
• Continuously work and collaborate with the Site ERP Admin/Analyst to administer Enterprise-wide standards/norms, insuring consistency within the ERMCO ERP system.
• Lead & collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, to ensure proper & successful documentation & change control structures.
• Lead & collaborate in maintaining all forms of engineering documentation, change notices, design notes, reports, and test results, under supervision of a design engineer.
• A key part of this role is creating, running and analyzing ERP System queries to identify anomalies, patterns, errors, etc. and recommend and implement solutions.
• LEAD continuous ERP System & ERMCO product documentation improvement efforts by engaging and leading site and cross functional collaborative efforts.
• Mentor and develop the Enterprise Engineering ERP Admin/Analyst team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, adopting best practices and striving for Excellence in all we carry-out.
• Carry out team management responsibilities in accordance with ERMCO policies and applicable laws. This includes interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, coaching, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving issues and incidents.

Qualifications

• Professional undergraduate or graduate degree in a technical/engineering field with proven team leadership experience and demonstrated skills in a technical environment.
• 5-10 years of experience in product configuration, document control, change control, BOM creation/maintenance, supply chain and previous leadership experience in the same.
• Experience & Proficiency with any ERP system with a focus on reports/queries and analysis for improvement.
• Experience & Advanced Proficiency with scripting automation and analysis tools, such as Excel VBA, Python, Perl, JavaScript, SQL-script
• Strong desire to learn and develop technical skills in transformer or transformer component design.
• Effective leadership, communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Thoughtful and organized leader with the ability to lead site document control specialists and manage all assigned tasks and meet internal customer timelines.
• Adaptable and resilient, able to navigate complex challenges and drive improvement and change.
• Highly organized, responsive, detail oriented with a focus on Finishing and Delivering!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working across all levels of the organization.
• Strong project management skills, achieving team commitment and timely deliverables.
• Proven track record of implementing and managing process improvements and technological advancements related to ERP Services for Engineering Teams.
