Overview

As a Senior Executive Assistant at ERMCO, reporting to the President & CEO, you will support the Executive Leadership Team by managing calendars, coordinating travel, organizing meetings and events, maintaining records, reviewing correspondence, and assisting with expense reports and presentations. You will serve as a representative and advocate for the senior leaders you support, continually enhancing the organization’s image and brand through exceptional interaction and administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide calendar management for the Executive Leadership Team which includes the President & CEO and other high-level professionals.
  • Prioritize requests, manage conflicts, and make recommendations and judgments to maintain the daily structure of the leadership team.
  • Arrange travel, including flights, private jets, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and dinner or entertainment reservations.
  • Organize meetings and events across multiple locations and facilities. 
  • Perform a wide range of administrative tasks to support the team’s leadership, including managing special projects and creating complex documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Offer support to team members and departments as required.
  • Assess and contribute to the development and revision of company policies and procedures to enhance workflow.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience as a top-level Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior leadership and executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a large company with complex calendar and schedule management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to represent and interact effectively with various internal and external contacts.
  • Experience managing expenses, booking travel, and coordinating meetings and events.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels.
