Plate Librarian

Looking to hire a 2nd shift 3pm-11pm Plate Librarian for our Antioch Location. The Plate Librarian will handle and organize Amorphous Core Plates, Cut and prep wraps, and banding. Perform general warehouse functions, including material Handling and inventory Maintenance. 

Specific Job Functions:

• Organize Plates in inventory
• Complete inventory counts, as requested. 
• Cut Core wraps and banding for the Forming Area. 
• Pull Plates, as required for the forming area.
• Perform Misc tasks, as requested by the the Shift Lead.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Manufacturing systems and processes. 
• Measurement Units

Skill In:

• Electric and Manuel Pallet Jack usage
• Peform Measurements using Measuring Tape
• Use a Caliper

Ability Too:

• Basic Computer Knowledge
• Teamwork
• Lift up to 70lbs
• Work in an envirnoment with humidty and heat
• Stand for at least 4 hours at a time
• Adapt to a changing envirnoment
• Quick Learner

Education and Experience:

1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment; or any combination of education, training, and experience which provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.
