This position will use their skillset in the installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of ALL manufacturing equipment while considering the values and goals of Power Partners.
Understand and carry out detailed written/verbal instructions regarding the installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of ALL manufacturing equipment. Complete training to ensure safe and proper operation of tools, equipment, and installation of manufacturing equipment. Repeatedly lift/move material that is 50+ lbs. with or without assistance from lifting devices and/or co-workers. Ensure all equipment is functioning at optimum levels by performing short-term repairs and long-term improvements as specified on work orders and preventative maintenance schedules. Follow all safety policies and procedures.

• Organizational skills and attention to detail is necessary.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Must be able to demonstrate proper lifting techniques.
• Must be able to grasp, reach, and handle objects, tools, and materials.
• Use measuring devices and hand/power tools.
• Operate overhead hoists and lift assist equipment.
• Must be able to lift, push 75+, and pull up to 60lbs.
• Frequent standing and walking is necessary,
• Occasional sitting, stooping, reaching, or kneeling.
• 20/40 vision is required with or without the use of corrective glasses and/or contact lens, as well as normal peripheral vision no less than 70, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Must comply with all plant safety policies and procedures and any special department safety rules.
• Must be able to wear all required PPE including, but not limited to: safety toed shoes, safety glasses, cut resistant gloves, and hearing protection.
•Working knowledge in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, & pneumatic troubleshooting & repairs including but not limited to gearbox and hydraulic pump repairs and replacements, drive belts and roller conveyor repairs and replacements, proximity switches and sensor replacements.
•Can weld using two of three processes. (Tig, Mig, or Stick)
•Basic knowledge in PLC function
•Install equipment, level & plumb air lines & conduit.
•Ability to complete position specific assignments with minimal to no supervision in mechanical & electrical processes.
•Demonstrate high level of workmanship, integrity, and efficiency with all work performed.
