As the Director of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), the successful candidate will be accountable for the end-to-end strategy, process, and execution at ERMCO. In this new position you will need to effectively collaborate and influence internal cross-functional teams located at various sites within the ERMCO Enterprise. Early success in this role will be shown in the ability to effectively transfer S&OP activities from the current consultancy group to ERMCO. This includes resource planning and knowledge transfer ensuring a sustainable solution for developing accurate demand plans, creating a supply plan that meets market needs, and ensuring optimal inventory levels to drive overall business performance.
